FATE is also claimed to be:
:one of the rare straight forward organisations involving families directly touched by terrorism that started powerful campaigns targeting vulnerable youths. According to that evidence:

:Families  Against  Terrorism  and  Extremism  (FATE)  was  established  in  March  2016  by  a partnership  between  Quilliam  International  and  the  US  State  Department  division  (GEC)  to create a support network for civil society organisations (CSOs), state agencies, individuals and communities to come together to share ideas, experiences and resources around protecting and empowering families against terrorism and radicalisation. The US Government initiated the project for one year and have now handed the project over to Quilliam International.<ref name="Rafiq"/>
