The [[Centre for Research into Communist Economies]] (CRCE) was founded in 1983 by [[Ljubo Sirc]], the late [[Ralph Harris]] of the [[Institute of Economic Affairs]], and the late Sir [[Antony Fisher]], Founder of the [[Atlas Economic Research Foundation]].
