Lansons is a strategic to creative agency focused on consumer, financial services, corporate and business to business PR. The 500 journalist users of headline money voted us 'PR consultancy of the year' in 2003 and in 2002 we won the title 'Outstanding achievement by a public relations consultancy' from the Institute of Public Relations (LPR). One of the largest independent agencies in the country, Lansons is 100% owned by over 20 senior consultants. This broad spread of ownership is the foundation for many of our strengths: we have one of the highest senior to junior consultant ratios in the PR industry; 20 employees and 17 clients have been with us for more than 5 years; and, because we don't cold call prospective clients, our senior people spend their time working with existing clients not on new business. We have developed specialist practices in broadcast and online PR. Further specialist centres handle institutional PR, consumer PR for financial brands and city PR for investment trusts and other financial services companies. Lansons has established a reputation for effective use of creative PR techniques and was short-listed for 16 PRCA, IPR and PRWeek awards in 2003, more than any other agency. We have been rated the best agency at personal finance PR by journalists according to independent research conducted by MORI, for the last 8 years. And in April 2004 Lansons was named 'Public Relations Manager of the Year' at the UK Pensions Awards
