Laima Liucija Andrikienė, MEP

Laima Liucija Andrikienė (born 01 January 1958, Druskininkai) is an MEP for Lithuania from the Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats (Tėvynės sąjunga). She is a former Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Director at the Institute of EU Policy and Management at Law University of Lithuania, former Dean of Faculty of Public Management at Law University of Lithuania.[1]

Ms Andrikiene also sits on the advisory board of EU-Russia Centre, and is author and co-author of publications (articles, academic monographs) on the issues of foreign policy, EU policies and management, interest groups and lobbying, economic reform, agricultural economics and human rights.[2]

She served the previous term in the European Parliament representing the same political party (20.07.2004 - 13.07.2009).[3]
