The All-Party Parliamentary Rail Group was established in order 'to facilitate an informed debate amongst parliamentarians regarding all aspects of the UK's railway industries.' [1]

Secretariat

Freshwater UK, a consultancy, acts as the groups secretariat on a pro bono basis, helping with administrative functions and event coordination.

The company's website claims its services to the group:

'range from advising on policy debates and political communications to developing websites, designing annual reports and producing videos. We are happy to handle major multi-channel briefs or small bespoke projects, depending on your needs.' [4]
