IPB Communications are a public relations agency, formed in 2002 and based in Manchester, with an office in Durham.


IPB Communications was founded by Tony Ingham, Stewart Pimbley, Steve Fox, Diane MacCarthy and Catherine Bellis and in 2012 Ingham sold his controlling stake to Pimbley and Fox.[1]


IPB Communications are not members of the Association of Professional Political Consultants, therefore their clients and staff do not appear on the registers.
