Theo Bertram is a former Downing Street special adviser to prime ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. In August 2010 he was appointed acting head of 02 UK's public affairs on a six-month contract.[1]

Background

Biographical information

Bertram was a communications manager for the Labour Party and then a parliamentary researcher to Parmjit Dhanda, the former Labour MP for Gloucester. He rose up the ranks and was recruited by Tony Blair as head of research and information at Number 10. [2]
