Henrik Therman is a member of the Scottish & Newcastle board, appointed in 2002 following the merger between S&N and Hartwall Capital. His background is in chemical engineering and he held a range of managerial posts within the Hartwall group, starting with the firm in 1964. Therman was the driving force behind the development of BBH the brewing company jointly owned by S&N and Carsberg which is based in Russia. Enjoying high profile roles as Chief Executive, and Chairman of BBH. Therman is also the Chairman of Nokia Tyres.
