Green Issues Communique is a public relations firm specialising in planning and property development. It is part of College Public Policy, a College Hill group and was created in early 2011 from the merger of two of the sector’s most established brands, 'Green Issues' and Communique. [1] In 2014 the company was merged as part of a rebranding of College Group into Instintif Partners.

Operating at the heart of the localism agenda, we work on behalf of public and private clients in many sectors including retail, development, waste, utilities, transport, regeneration, sport and directly for communities themselves.

Green Issues is a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC). It is headquartered in London and Reading with satellite offices in Cardiff, Plymouth, Manchester, Newcastle, Swindon, Leicester and a partner company in Scotland. It currently has 24 consultants across the UK and and has been awarded ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
