De Brus Marketing Services Limited, a "performance improvement agency", gave £3,000 to the Labour Party in April 2001. They are based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. Director and major shareholder, Keir Austin McDonald, is the Mid-Warwickshire Branch Chair of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, and became their new President on the 24th of September 2001. McDonald declared it to be "a great honour" to take on this role.
