The Council for Emerging National Security Affairs (CENSA) is an American organisation which lobbies on foreign policy issues.

Background

The stated aim of CENSA is:

To shape U.S. national security policy by advancing the innovative perspectives and long-range planning concepts of a select group of non-partisan professionals. CENSA seeks to become the premier venue for virtual collaboration in addressing emerging national security affairs and policy renewal.[1]

According to the website, its current areas of focus are as follows:
