Rolfe Kingsley

Rolfe Kingsley (died 2009) was a CIA officer.

Kingsley served in the Office of Strategic Services in World War Two.He joined the CIA at its formation and became head of the European Division. He moved to head the Soviet Division in 1968, where he worked in opposition to counterintelligence chief James Angleton to discredit defector Anatoliy Golitsyn in favour of Yuri Nosenko. Kingsley retired in 1973 after serving as station chief in London.[1]
