Isabel Spearman was a special adviser to Downing Street from 2010 to 2015. Spearman worked for the prime ministers's wife, Samantha Cameron, as her righthand woman, concentrating on helping to 'run her diary and pull together outfits for public events' according to The Guardian.
After the 2015 general election, Spearman left her role with Downing Street and plans to set up her own 'brand and image consultancy'.
The Evening Standard states that Spearman started off 'working for Mrs Cameron’s mother, Lady Astor, at her furniture company Oka after having been employed as a PR executive to handbag designer Anya Hindmarch, one of Samantha Cameron’s closest friends.'
