Senator William 'Bill' Bradley is a former U.S. Senator, former professional basketball player and a director of Hakluyt's international advisory board The Holdingham Group Advisory Board.

Career

Bradley is a former professional basketball player, playing for the New York Knicks from 1967-1977 and winning a Olympic gold medal in 1964. In 1982 he was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame.[1]

In 1979, he was elected into the U.S. Senate as a representative for New Jersey, he held this post until 1997.[1]

In 2000, he was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of USA.[1]

He is currently on the advisory board for The Holdingham Group[2], Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC and a member of the board of directors of Starbucks Company.[1]

Education
