Will McDonald is a former special adviser to Yvette Cooper. He worked for Cooper in a number of different departments, the Work and Pensions department, the Treasury and the Department of Communities and Local Government

He now works as a trustee at the The Fatherhood Institute, a think tank that focuses on policy, research and practice, to ensure that their a vision of a society in which there’s a great dad for every child is shared.
