Wells Fargo is a financial services company founded in 1852 and headquartered in San Francisco, California. Wells Fargo acquired Wachovia in 2008.

Revolving Door

  • Robert K. Steel, a director since January 2009 joined the board when Wachovia was acquired by Wells Fargo. He was Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance from October 2006 to July 2008.[1][2]
