UK subsidiary Warwick Energy Exploration Ltd was awarded licence blocks in the 14th Onshore Oil and Gas Licensing Round across England. [1]

Director's donations to pro-fracking Lib Dem MP Jo Swinson

In June 2019 the Sunday Mail revealed that Lib Dem MP Jo Swinson had accepted a £10,000 donation from Mark Petterson, a director of Warwick Energy Ltd in July 2017 and another £4000 in January 2019.

Swinson had voted in 2015 against a moratorium and a requirement for an environmental permit being granted for fracking. She also rejected carrying out a review of the impact of shale gas on climate change, the environment, the economy, and health and safety.
