Paul,

At the moment there are no more. The scanning will continue next week and I will send you what I can asap.

On the missing companies: These should mostly be members of the APPC. The pdfs of the APPC register are on spin profiles (going back to 2001) - the APPC only keeps the most recent year accessible.http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Association_of_Professional_Political_Consultants

We would also like all the contents of the most recent APPC register put online on the proflies. If you want you could make a start on that.

The format I have been using for this is visible here: http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Foresight_Communications_UK_Staff_and_clients_30.11.03-31.05.04

As you will see, I have put up a few entries from the APPC register from 2003/4, but I guess the first priority would be to post the most recent register.

It is here.

You will find that a fair number of the PR firms in the PRCA are also in the APPC, but often this can be a partial match in the sense that the APPC register is to disclose lobbying clients rather than PR clients. So, I would say that it would be useful to put up every entry. As you will have worked out, the aim of this is to try and provide a readily accessible data base where people can check up on which PR firm has which cloents. In the longer term we hope to also provide a corporate memberships database which will list the PR and lobbying firms retained by corporations as well as the front groups and trade associations they fund.

Let me know if you have any queries about this.

Oh, I guess the other thing is that we should have a category 'APPC register' - I will do one now.

I also noticed that there are some PRCA entries which I propably put up which could do with some of your formatting macro whizz. eg:http://www.spinprofiles.org/index.php/Porter_Novelli_Scotland%2C_Clients%2C_PRCA_Yearbook_2004

Paul, is the 'PR company' 'Catalyst' which works for Amnesty the same as the think tank 'Catalyst' whic is featured on spinprofiles?

Can you check?
