paul, can you make sure that the [[Article 19]] annd [[Peter Noorlander]] pages are consistent (ie on Venezueala) and also that all he allegedly said is sourced including giving the location etc of where he spoke?

When David asked me to set up these pages he specified that I should make sure they are named with Spinprofiles at the beginning.
