Toby Harris (Lord Harris of Haringey) is a life peer in the House of Lords. He became a Labour Party member of the Lords in October 1998. [1]

He is a former councillor and leader of Haringey Borough Council, and was Chair of the Association of London Government.

Interests

Harris told the Wall Street Journal, "I provide GENERAL public affairs advice,", "I do not provide specific advice on how to change a particular government policy."[2]
