Now on the faculty of Cambridge University, Stefan Halper 'teaches' students in preparation for appointments at the FCO. [1]

A Republican Party foreign policy apparatchik

Halper worked in several Republican administrations including those of Nixon, G. Ford, Reagan and George Herbert Walker Bush. His expertise is in foreign policy and international relations. [2]

Author of America Alone

Halper is the co-author of the America Alone, and a leading Republican Party critic of the neoconservative movement and its ideology adopted by George Walker Bush and senior members of his administration. [3]

Personal

Halper is married to the daughter of Ray S. Cline, who was a senior official in the CIA.
