Simon James Barrett (born 5 December 1974) runs and co-owns the e-newsletter service International Media Intelligence Analysis. He describes himself as a journalist in corporate filings and is described as 'a former Advisor to the Conservatives Frontbench Spokesman for Homeland Security on issues relating to Islamic Terrorism and Iran' on the Realite EU website where he is listed as and 'expert source'. [1] Simon Barrett is quoted in a Christian Broadcasting Network news report on the cartoon riots early 2006 as a 'Terrorism expert'[2]
