Rowan Procter is the programme director at the Strategic Projects Team.

Career
Procter has over 20 years' experience working in health services ranging from paediatric nursing to strategic safeguarding.
In 2011 she joined Strategic Projects Team as the programme director, where she currently leads the acute reconfiguration programme.[1][2]
