Robert Pfaltzgraff is a U.S. government advisor on military strategy, defense modernization, NATO, proliferation and counterproliferation issues, and arms control policy. He is the founder and President of the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the Prague Security Studies Institute[1]
