Richard Royal

Richard Royal is the managing director of Lionheart Public Affairs, senior corporate affairs manager at Britvic Corporate Affairs Manager a consultant at PB Political Consulting and a Conservative candidate in the 2015 General Election in Hartlepool.

Career

Royal started his career as a press and communications officer to Andrew Rosindell MP in 2003. In 2004 he began managing the constituency and campaign for the Hammersmith and Fulham Conservative Party.

In August 2005, after the General Election, Royal was appointed a senior account manager at Green Issues Communications. He then took up voluntary roles as PR and marketing manager at the Berkshire Autistic Society and a trustee and director of mental health charity Mind and a role as the public affairs manager of betting company Ladbrokes.

In 2011 he founded and chaired the Westminster Russia Forum, a group with the aim of improving links between Russia and Britain.

He is currently the managing director of Lionheart Public Affairs, senior corporate affairs manager at Britvic Corporate Affairs Manager[1] and a consultant at PB Political Consulting.[2]

Royal will also be standing as a parliamentary candidate in Hartlepool[1] - a Labour stronghold.[3]
