Richard Rosenzweig is Chief Operating Officer, manager and executive of Natsource LLC, a major American carbon trading and finance firm. Prior to joining Natsource in 2000 he was Chief of Staff to the U.S. Secretary of Energy where he co-developed national carbon offsetting plans.
