Public Affairs Europe Ltd was a short lived lobbying firm. A joint venture between Beattie Media and Scottish law firm Maclay Murray & Spens, it employed Jack McConnell, who later became the First Minister of Scotland for around 9 months in which time he won no clients and brought in no fees.
