Nicci Russell

Nicci Russell worked with Margaret Beckett from 1994 to 2005, and was a special adviser from 2001 to 2005 at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).[1]

Background

Russell is a former policy director at Waterwise,[2] a consultancy "focused on decreasing water consumption in the UK and building the evidence base for large scale water efficiency".[3]

She is now Director of Parliamentary and Public Affairs at Ofwat.[4]
