The National Advisory Group on Health Information Technology is an advisory committee established in 2016 by the Department of Health to conduct a review into NHS technology, including electronic health records. It is known as the Wachter Review, after the review's lead Professor Bob Wachter. It was published in September 2016.[1]

It made series of recommendations, including highlighting “exemplar” NHS trusts that are leading the way in the technology revolution.
