Nancy Wilgenbusch

Nancy Wilgenbusch^[1]

Joined the Scottish Power Board in June 2004.

She is currently President of Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon and a distinguished community administrator.

She is a former chair of the Portland Branch of the San Francisco Federal Reserve, and a director of West Coast Bank. Nancy was also formerly a non-executive director of PacifiCorp.

Her current term of office as non-executive director expires at the AGM in 2007. ^[2]
