Mike Birtwistle is a founding partner at health, social care and communications consultancy Incisive Health.[1]
Birtwisle and fellow Incisive founding partner, Sarah Winstone, were both part of MHP Communications health team until August 2013, when they left to found Incisive with Bill Morgan, a former special policy adviser to then-health secretary Andrew Lansley.[2]
