Mats Persson
Mats Persson is a special adviser to the UK Prime Minister David Cameron, advising him on Europe.
Before moving to Downing Street, Persson was the head of pro-reform think tank Open Europe. He is said to be 'highly regarded in Tory circles for his encyclopaedic knowledge of EU procedure'.[1]
