Katie Blower is a former DEFRA civil servant and lobbyist, promoted in December 2017 to the senior management team as managing director of UK advocacy at heavyweight agency Hanover Communications.
At Hanover Blower provides 'strategic counsel on political and regulatory environments, reputation management and campaigning. Her client experience includes the British Beer and Pub Association, Sky plc, the John Lewis Partnership and Microsoft.
