Kathleen 'Jane' Archer

Kathleen 'Jane' Archer née Sissmore was the first woman MI5 officer.[1]

Archer was a trained barrister and served in MI5's B Division as an expert on Soviet espionage before being recruited to MI6 Section IX by Kim Philby.[2]
