Kate is one of the partners at Carrot Communications, along with Richard Houghton.

She "has 15 years’ experience in the communications and PR industry, directing and implementing programmes and creating content for clients across a wide range of business-to-business, technology, corporate and consumer companies.
She is particularly interested in the development of conversations and customer engagement over social media and digital channels and blogs about the subject over at The Stick[1].
Campaigns she has directed include the acquisitions of KPMG Consulting and then SchlumbergerSema by Atos Origin; the rebrand of Overture from GoTo before its buy-out by Yahoo! for $1.6 bn; Kaspersky Lab’s ‘crimeware’ campaign, resulting in Carrot being listed as a finalist in the CNET Technology awards for best PR campaign; promotion of Atos Origin’s involvement in the Olympic Games, arguably the most visible event in the world; launching BlackSpider Technologies into the UK market; the European launch of the fastest-growing web analytics company in the world, Omniture (which has recently been purchased by Adobe for $1.8bn); and the launch of a new mobile banking service, MoBank."
