John Bottomley is a Fellow of the Institute of Secretaries and Administrators having qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1972. From 1968 to 1974 Mr Bottomley was a senior manager of the secretarial department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrands) and between 1985 and 1992 was a director of Robert Fraser & Partners Limited. In 2003 Mr Bottomley moved to Sprecher Grier Halbestam LLP to head up the Company Secretarial services devision. [1]
He is Company Secretary of Strategic Communication Laboratories. [2]
