Henry Newman is director of the Open Europe think tank. He replaced acting director Raoul Ruparel, who left to work for Brexit secretary David Davis in October 2016.

Newman was a special adviser (SpAd) to the lord chancellor and justice secretary Michael Gove.[1] He is a former SpAd in the Cabinet Office for Francis Maude. [2]
