health4schools is a community project funded by Kraft Cares ('the community partnership programme for Kraft Foods'[1]). According to Kraft, it is an initiative to "promote healthy diet and active play to school children and communities in Gloucestershire"[2] and was launched in September 2004. The project is directed by a Steering Committee[3] made up of the following people[4]:
