Garvan Walshe is director at Cogitamus. Walshe also works as a columnist and editor at the foreign policy column for Conservative Home a UK political website set up in 2005 to 'represent UK grassroots Conservative opinion'. [1]

Background

Walshe used to work at the think tank Policy Exchange as their deputy research director and senior fellow on international security. [2]

Previous roles also include national and international security policy adviser to the Conservative Party as well as foreign affairs adviser from 2004 to 2007 [2]
