GKP, or Gerard Kelly & Partners is a specialist education PR and lobbying firm based in London.

It was founded in 2014 by Gerard Kelly, formerly of TSL Education, parent company of TES (Time Educational Supplement), to 'help organisations and businesses in the education sector that want to use education to leverage their brand.'[1]

Clients

GKP does not declare its clients.

Its founding clients include Ofsted, National Association of Head Teachers, Keystone Tutors, YouthSight and researchED.[2]

It was also appointed to develop a 'global teaching and classroom kit' in support of the United Nations 'International Year of Pulses'. It was also reported to be providing crisis consultancy for 'an unnamed client in the education space'.

People

Kelly describes his contacts as 'pretty extensive in the education press and among policymakers and education providers'.[3] Kelly met skills minister, Nick Gibb, in October 2011 and April 2012 to discuss TSL Education's business; and education minister, Sarah Teather in November 2011.

  • Andrew Moss: founding partner; former broadcast journalist and lawyer.
