Byron Davies is the Conservative Party MP for Gower. He won by just 27 votes in the May 2015 general election to become Gower's first non-Labour MP since 1906. [1]

Davies has stepped down from his role as the South Wales West regional assembly member in the National Assembly for Wales so he can concentrate on being an MP. [2]

Davies was appointed to the Armed Forces Bill Select Committee in November 2015.[3]
