Adam Pritchard was appointed as a special adviser to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg in July 2013.[1] Pritchard is departmental adviser to the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Department for Transport.

From September 2011 till July 2013 Pritchard was senior policy manager for the Liberal Democrats. In 2010 Pritchard was parliamentary assistant for Sharon Bowles MEP who was chair of the economic and monetary affairs committee. Previous to this, in 2009 he was a parliamentary researcher for Greg Mulholland MP and previous to this he was a senior caseworker for Mulholland whilst in 2007 Pritchard was a recruitment consultant at Gilds Associates [1]
