Andy Samuels
Andy Samuels is chief executive of the UK government's Oil and Gas Authority (OGA), a new 'arm’s length body' headquartered in Aberdeen. OGA was set up in January 2015 and will be formally established as a UK government executive agency in April 2015.[1]
