- Fiona Woolf, the Lord Mayor of the City of London, is a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna. Woolf 'has advised over 28 governments and the World Bank on privatisation and energy reforms. She has over 20 years experience in dealing with regulation, market design, implementation and major projects in the electricity and water industries – culmination in a CBE for her contribution to the UK knowledge economy and invisible earnings.
