The International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) is the first centre to be established at the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, Singapore. It is run by Rohan Gunaratna and is advised by a veritable who's who of the terrorism industry and intelligence officials from the US and UK.
