Prior to his role with [[Blue Inc]], Cohen has worked in banking, as chief executive of sportswear retailer [[First Sport]] and operations director at furniture director [[Courts]].

Cohen has been the boss of [[Blue Inc]] since acquiring it through his [[Marlow Retail]] investment vehicle in 2006.
