==Career==
After graduating from university, Baugh joined trade union [[AEEU]] (now part of [[Unite]]). He started off his career there as a political organiser in 1999 and was promoted to head of media in 2001.

In 2003 he joined lobbyists [[AS Biss & Co]] (now part of [[MHP Communications]]) as a senior consultant.

Baugh then joined [[Heathrow Airport Holdings]], first as head of public affairs, before later becoming director of airport communications and then director of media and public relations.
