==Career==
Jenkins started her career as a parliamentary research assistant to [[Liz Lynne]] MEP between 2004 and 2005, before being appointed parliamentary affairs and governance manager at [[Ofsted]] until 2007.

She was then private secretary to [[James Sassoon|Lord Sassoon]] at HM Treasury, between October 2009 and April 2012, after this she was on the [[Michael Heseltine|Lord Heseltine]] Review team for the [[Department for Business, Innovation and Skills]] between April 2012 and November 2012.
