<p>started a page</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>[[Rolfe Kingsley]] (died 2009) was a [[CIA]] officer.<br /> <br /> Kingsley served in the [[Office of Strategic Services]] in World War Two.He joined the CIA at its formation and became head of the European Division. He moved to head the Soviet Division in 1968, where he worked in opposition to counterintelligence chief [[James Angleton]] to discredit defector [[Anatoliy Golitsyn]] in favour of [[Yuri Nosenko]].
