[[Phillip Andrew Thorpe]] (born ) is a barrister and solicitor from New Zealand. He moved in 1981 to Hong Kong, where he held various senior posts with the [[Hong Kong Securities Commission]]. Following the market crash in October 1987 he was appointed as CEO of the [[Hong Kong Futures Exchange]].
